Managed Network Services

Managed Network Services is IU's alternative to maintaining your own IT staff.  Managed Network Services provides you with experienced IT leadership, a diversity of resources and capabilities that exceed those of most in-house IT departments, all at a cost level that is less expensive than even a single in-house IT person. 

Managed Network Services brings IU's remote access resource and capabilities.  This means, that for many of the IT tasks we perform,  we need not even come to your office.  This minimizes the disruption of having IT people underfoot while you are trying to get your  own important work done.  Our remote capabilities mean that you don't even need to assign floor space for the IT staff.  Since most service is performed remotely,  our response time can be very fast.  Even though remote access is an economical and effective way of providing support,  we still can travel to your office when our physical presence is requested or required.
